Latest Iron Eagle Development projects for EM April 19, 2018, 4:44 pmEagle Mountain Storage held a grand opening in the middle of February of this year. According to the owner, Isaac Patterson, this is a sister-facility to Highland Hideaway, located in Highland, Utah, which has been in operation for 10 years. Eagle Mountain Storage, barely a month old, is currently offering several promotions as part of its continuing grand opening celebration. Iron Eagle Development, Inc. has already started its next project in Eagle Mountain, breaking ground on March 14, 2108. It will be called the Gateway Park Business Center. According to Patterson, the project will consist of two buildings and 14 units of "flex-space" for midsized businesses needing both office and warehouse spaces. Patterson says, "This is a new product to the Eagle Mountain area that we've already received heavy interest in." There will be a total of over 44,000 square feet available for purchase and/or lease. "The plan is to have the shell of the building completed by September…and hoping to have several independent businesses open for operation by the end of the year," Patterson adds. Isaac Patterson's partner is Scot Hazard, and according to Patterson, "[Scot] has a brilliant niche for knowing the market and community needs/wants. He's been and continues to be an invaluable member of the business team." Hazard is a long-time Eagle Mountain resident. Patterson grew up in American Fork and Alpine, Utah. Before becoming fully involved in, as he puts it, "the development world" last summer. Patterson was in the Navy for 8 1/2 years. Patterson recently moved his family to Eagle Mountain to manage the storage facility project. He says that his personal move is still in progress.
